1. Who we are

We run a paid membership. Members see reduced prices on a selection of products that changes over time.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms cover memberships taken out by consumers resident in PLACEHOLDER TERRITORY. You accept them by ticking the box shown before you subscribe; without that, no membership is created. They apply from the day your membership starts.

3. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. If we do, we will email you at least 15 days before the new version applies. If you would rather not accept it, you can end your membership at the end of the period you have already paid for. That period is not refunded.

4. Becoming a member

To subscribe you must be old enough to enter a contract under the law of PLACEHOLDER COUNTRY, legally able to do so, and resident in PLACEHOLDER TERRITORY.

You confirm the details you give us are accurate and agree to tell us at PLACEHOLDER EMAIL if they change. We may check them. Once your payment is taken we send a confirmation by email.

5. What membership gives you

Membership opens up member pricing on the products we feature. What is featured changes from time to time, and photographs and descriptions are illustrative rather than contractual.

Your membership fee is charged whether or not you buy anything. There is no limit on how often you may order while it is active.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, apart from maintenance, faults and events outside our control. Your own equipment and internet connection, and what they cost, are your responsibility.

7. Length and renewal

Membership runs for one month at a time, or three months if you chose the quarterly plan, and renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time under section 10, or withdraw under section 11.

8. Price and payment

Membership costs $29.95 per month or $74.95 per quarter, including any tax.

Payment is taken from a valid payment card automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. Payments are handled by a third-party provider; we do not store your card details. You confirm you are entitled to authorise the payments and agree to keep a working payment method on file.

If a payment fails, or we have reason to suspect fraud, we may suspend or end your membership.

9. Delivery

Where an order includes a physical item, we send it to the address you gave us within 30 days of the order being confirmed.

If it has not reached you within 30 days, tell us at PLACEHOLDER EMAIL. We will trace it and send a replacement within a reasonable time. If nothing arrives after that, you may end the contract in writing and we will refund your most recent payment.

10. Cancelling

By you. You may cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from your account on this site, by emailing PLACEHOLDER EMAIL, or by calling PLACEHOLDER PHONE. Member pricing continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Anything already delivered may still be returned; contact us first and we will explain how, and who pays for it. Refunds follow once we have received and checked the item.

By us. We may end your membership if you break these terms — non-payment in particular — or if we stop offering the service. We will tell you.

11. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 clear days from the day your membership starts to withdraw, using the form linked on this site.

Anything you return must be in its original packaging, and return postage is yours to pay. We refund within 14 days of being told you are withdrawing.

12. Guarantees

Products carry the legal guarantees that apply in PLACEHOLDER COUNTRY, covering items that do not match their description and hidden defects. PLACEHOLDER — cite the specific statutes that apply.

Tell us at PLACEHOLDER EMAIL what is wrong. We will arrange the return, check the item and replace it. Where replacement is not possible we may send something of equivalent value, which carries the same withdrawal rights.

13. Our liability

We check that the site works and is reachable, and may interrupt it for maintenance. We are not liable for access problems caused by circumstances beyond our control, including telecommunications faults, nor for delay or failure caused by events beyond our control.

14. Intellectual property

The site, its software, structure, databases and content — text, images, logos and trademarks among them — are protected. Copying, distributing, taking apart or otherwise using them without our permission is not allowed and may be acted on.

15. Your personal data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. What you may not do

You must not interrupt, slow or interfere with the service; attempt to break into our systems; misuse system resources; place a disproportionate load on our infrastructure; defeat security or authentication; infringe our rights; or otherwise breach these terms. We will respond to any of these as we see fit, including legally.

17. Advertising

We may place advertising or promotional material anywhere on the site.

18. Communicating in writing

Communications sent electronically count as being in writing, and you accept them in that form.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of PLACEHOLDER JURISDICTION, and the courts of PLACEHOLDER JURISDICTION have jurisdiction.
